Conditions
Valid credit card to secure booking, full payment by credit card or Japanese Yen required at check in. Japanese law requires a photocopy of passports or alien registration ID cards at check in for all non-Japanese guests. Children under 6 may stay free of charge when sharing existing bed with adult.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notification must be made to property during front office hours.
All reservations must be guaranteed with valid credit card.
Reservations of 1-6 nights:

- No Show = 100%
- Early Check Out = notify by 10 am departure day and no charge.
Reservations over 7 nights:
- Arrival Day = 100%
- No Show = 100%
- Early Check Out = One week non-refundable, 72 hrs prior notice
